At Shereno we aim to provide a conducive, healthy and safe working environment where employees work as a team and develop as individuals. Staff are regarded as the company’s greatest asset. Our staff come from diverse racial, cultural and religious backgrounds which broadly reflect the demographics of Gauteng Province. The environment at Shereno recognizes this diversity and channels the energy of staff to work towards our common vision of “Print Excellence”.
 
Our Human Resources Policy is compliant with existing legislative requirements and is consistent and fair. There are no biases, stereotypes and hidden assumptions in it. There is a “production linked” incentive scheme available to all staff. “Interest free” loans for the construction and purchase of homes and small businesses have been made available to those who have served the company for long periods of unbroken service.
 
All staff are bound by a code of conduct which commits both management and staff to non-racist and non-sexist practices. Procedures are in place for staff to take up any form of harassment with management.
